Shalom is a Certified Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers) who holds a Diploma in Wines & Spirits from Education Trust and a Master in Food & Communications (University of Gastronomic Science). His wine passion has taken him around the world, which includes doing a vintage in Austria and working for an Italian wine export company. Having an unquenchable thirst for wines, he spent time rigorously learning from masters of the trade, eventually developing an acute palate to identify up-and-coming winemakers.

 

Shalom is also one of the founders of B°NU (pronounced BE-NU), a food and wine lifestyle company which prides itself in sourcing directly, promoting and distributing premium food and wines in limited production crafted by some of the finest artisan producers and suppliers. Shalom gladly value adds to Chef At Work's clients through his wealth of experience and extensive network.
